Ibstock has invested £54 million into a new factory. This will increase production from 780 - 880 million bricks a year from the 3rd quarter of 2017. This increase is enough to build 15,000 detached homes and garages.

Forticrete has invested nearly £8 million to expand capacity at its Leighton Buzzard factory, increasing the volume and quality of concrete roofing materials for the growing UK housebuilding sector.
